"I was kind of expecting to…"
I was kind of expecting to be annoyed because stuff like this always ends up looking a bit off in person, but the frame turned out really nice. The colors were almost exactly like they looked in my photo on screen, with no weird tint or washed-out dull look. For once, it was spot on.

"Sturdy and Still Looks Great"
I got my frame last month, and I’m happy with it. It feels really sturdy, and the materials don’t feel cheap at all. I’ve already moved it twice, and it still looks perfect, which is kind of a nice surprise.

"Looks fine, feels a bit flimsy"
It looks okay in person, the frame just feels a little flimsy to me. I’ll still use it, but I was hoping it would feel sturdier.

"Decent frame, but the timing and finish were disappointing"
The frame looks nice overall and the wood does feel solid, but the corners weren’t as clean as I expected. One of the joins has a tiny gap if you look closely, which is a little annoying for the price. It also showed up at the worst possible time, right when I was trying to get everything hung before guests came over, so that didn’t help my mood. It’s still usable and looks fine on the wall, but I wouldn’t call the craftsmanship perfect

I’m particular about how frames look, and these definitely met my standard. They look great on the wall and didn’t cost a fortune, which is always a bonus.

"Really easy to communicate with"
Had a good experience overall. Communication was clear, and whenever I had a question, I got a quick, helpful reply instead of having to wait around all day. I remember checking my phone while making coffee and already seeing a response, which was a nice surprise. Everything felt smooth and straightforward.

"Print turned out really nice"
I ordered a framed print from Framefox and was pleased when it showed up. The image came out sharp, the colors looked really close to what I uploaded, and it didn’t have that dull or washed-out look I’ve seen with some prints.
The paper felt decent too, and I didn’t notice any weird lines, marks, or printing issues. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, which felt preventable, but in the end the print itself was worth the wait.

"Preview Was Looked Better"
The preview on the website was looking way better than what I got. The colors and the border spacing seemed like they match well online, but when the frame arrived it comes out darker, and the mat size feels kind of off. Maybe it’s okay for simpler things, but I was expecting the preview to be more accurate. It’s not terrible, just disappointing.

"Great framing, my timing was the only issue"
I ordered a framed print from Framefox the mounting was spot on. The matting looked really clean, cut nicely, and there weren’t any weird gaps or marks. It actually turned out better than I expected. I probably picked the worst time to order because I needed it during a hectic week, so that was on me more than anything. Still really happy with it and I’d use them again.

I tried reaching out to ask about my frame order and somehow couldn't get a straight answer for days. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a basic update. Give me a break, customer service really shouldn’t be this frustrating.

"Not much variety to choose from"
I was really hoping there would be more frame styles and sizes, but the selection felt limited. Reading between the lines, it seems like this might be better for someone who already knows they want a basic option. I only found a couple frames I’d actually consider

The whole process was super easy and straightforward. I uploaded my photo without any trouble, and the site was simple to follow from start to finish. It did take a little bit to load on my phone, but it wasn’t a big deal. I also liked being able to preview the image before placing the order. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely use it again.

"It was okay, but I expected more"
It was fine. Like, not bad at all, and I did use it without any real issues. But at the same time, I was kind of expecting it to be a bit better. Some parts were nice, then other parts felt a little underwhelming. I wouldn’t say I regret it, but I’m not exactly excited about it either.

"Custom size fit perfectly"
I ordered a custom-sized frame for an odd print I had and was a little nervous I’d measured it wrong. That would’ve been such a preventable hassle, but luckily it showed up and the sizing was spot on. The print slid in easily with no weird gaps or squeezing. Really happy with how it turned out, and I’d definitely order again if I need another unusual size.

"Tracking Was Useless"
My order did show up eventually, so there’s that, but the tracking was a bit of a joke. It sat on the same update for days like nobody knew what they were doing, and I had no clue where my parcel actually was. I kept having to check it myself, which got annoying fast. The product was fine, nothing amazing, but their delivery tracking definitely needs to get its act together
